YITSKHOK GLIKSBERG (b. November 3, 1937)

            He was a journalist, born in Montevideo.  He received a general education.  Until 1973 he was a regular contributor to the daily newspaper Unzer fraynt (Our friend) in Montevideo.  He wrote on economic issues.
