FILIP BLAKMAN (PHILIP BLACKMAN)
He was the author of textbooks: English zelbst-lerer,
metode zikh tsu lernen redn on a lerer (English, self-taught, a method to
teach oneself to speak without a teacher) (London, 1919), 128 pp.; English in
Yiddish (London, 1919); and Siḥon ivri, Hebrew Self-Taught (London, 1924,
1925), 292 pp. These all appeared in
several editions.
